Melody Duron, a native of Los Angeles, studied Interior Design at UCLA. While in her early career she worked in Beverly Hills doing large commercial and retail design, she relocated to Toronto in the 80's when she began to focus on residential design. Her projects include city, country and cottage properties. Her work includes design and specification of all interior architectural details as well all interior furnishings. Her style is classic and elegant with an edge. She aspires to create rooms that are autobiographical....reflecting the interests, tastes and passions of the client. Scale, proportion and a nuanced use of colour are important elements in creating rooms that are inviting, comfortable and functional.
